Customer's please take note on our customer service working hours:

* Payment made after 9.00pm weekends will be send out the day after tomorrow.
* We will reply within working hours, including email, msn offline messages, sms, thread reply,pm, etc.
* Please use email or any online contact ways to confirm order, preferably direct order through website or email.

Items Availability or Reservations
* We do not reserve items, pay first, get first.
* However, we do reserve most items for orders more than RM 150.

Wholesale
* We have wholesale, please email us or inquire for more information. We will then send you the price quote.
* Please do not sms or call us for wholesale inquiry.

Postage & Delivery
We only send through Poslaju & Pos Ekspres.
- We will not take responsible for items lost or damage for parcel's send through pos ekspres.
- If items is damaged within delivery time ( Cause by Delivery Company) we will not take responsible.
However depending what item and how item is damaged, we will try to request from Delivery Company.
- We will check all items before sending.


Exchange or Refund

- If items received is damaged, Please do following procedure:

1. Contact us within 48 hours after items received ( We will not take responsible after 48 hours items received)
2. Take a clear picture and send it to us.
3. We will then try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
4. If you are required to send back the items, please send the items back within 48 hours. ( We will not take responsible if items is not send back within 48 hours, strictly.)
5. Then inform us the tracking code of item.

-We do not refund cash.
- We will not refund or exchange due to following reasons:
   + Item doesn't suit me
   + Item doesn't look nice , ( Might be due to personal reasons or lightning while seeing items)
   + Item in low quality ( You get what you pay for)
   + Item damaged due to personal problems after receiving.

1.You can directly bank in to us in maybank,either using the cash deposit machine or bank in.
